The most reproducible PPP1R15B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with PPP1R15B in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R15B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R15B results are reported.
