Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R15A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R15A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C3orf14, ALMS1, and KRI1. Each is linked with PPP1R15A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R15A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R15A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R15A versus C3orf14 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R15A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R15A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
