Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R14D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,019 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R14D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNN, RASGRF2, and NEK9. Each is linked with PPP1R14D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R14D-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R14D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R14D versus PNN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R14D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R14D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
