The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PPP1R14B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R14B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where PPP1R14B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
