Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R14B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,277 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R14B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT1, CCDC6_S52, and PURA. Each is linked with PPP1R14B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R14B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R14B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R14B versus JPT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R14B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R14B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
