The most reproducible PPP1R14B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid metabolic process, Regulation of metaphase plate congression, and Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with PPP1R14B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R14B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R14B results are reported.
