Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R13L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R13L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PPP1R13L mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R13L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where PPP1R13L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
