Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R13B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,468 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R13B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAG5, MTA1, and UBR7. Each is linked with PPP1R13B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R13B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R13B versus BAG5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
