Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R12C mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R12C data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP1R12C mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R12C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PPP1R12C mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
