Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R12C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R12C-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GAPDH, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PPP1R12C in more than 1 cancer types.
