The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PPP1R12BP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R12BP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and ESCA show a favorable association.
LIHC, HNSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where PPP1R12BP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
