Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R12A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,490 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLIPR1, ISLR, and CNN1. Each is linked with PPP1R12A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R12A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R12A versus GLIPR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
