Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R12A RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R12A data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher PPP1R12A RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R12A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where PPP1R12A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
