Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R10 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PPP1R10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and LUAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where PPP1R10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
