PPOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 322 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRM4, OR5G3, and BHLHE23. Each is linked with PPOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPOX-to-partner and partner-to-PPOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRRM4 grouped by PPOX-low versus PPOX-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
