PPM1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PD, Smad4, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with PPM1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1L-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PD grouped by PPM1L-low versus PPM1L-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
