PPM1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,423 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copper ion export, Negative regulation of T-helper cell differentiation, and Dentinogenesis. Each is linked with PPM1L in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1L-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Copper ion export grouped by PPM1L-low versus PPM1L-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
