Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1K-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, MIR1915, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with PPM1K in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1K-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P5 grouped by PPM1K-low versus PPM1K-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1K→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
