Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPM1H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPM1H data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PPM1H Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPM1H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, SKCM, and BRCA are the cancer types where PPM1H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
