PPM1G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1G mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN17, TEX26, and KRTAP20-2. Each is linked with PPM1G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1G-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDN17 grouped by PPM1G-low versus PPM1G-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
