PPM1F

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1F RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,297 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1F-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN3, TLN1, and FHL3. Each is linked with PPM1F in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1F-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1F versus CNN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
