PPM1F

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,563 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCA, CNRIP1, and RECK. Each is linked with PPM1F in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1F-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1F versus SGCA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
