Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1F RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,159 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Caveolin-mediated endocytosis, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PPM1F in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1F-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1F results are reported.
