PPM1D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP10, SNORD3C, and RNA5SP68. Each is linked with PPM1D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1D-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP10 grouped by PPM1D-low versus PPM1D-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
