PPM1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,045 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, ERO1A, and SPTBN1. Each is linked with PPM1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1B versus SPAST in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
