Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,619 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRBD1, SGIP1, and ABL2. Each is linked with PPM1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1B versus SRBD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
