PPM1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PPM1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PPM1B-low versus PPM1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
