Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,226 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTI1B, SPATA7, and KLHDC2. Each is linked with PPM1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1A versus VTI1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
