Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIL3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPIL3 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PPIL3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where PPIL3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
