PPIL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,911 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBRG4, PRDM1_S272, and ORC5. Each is linked with PPIL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL3-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIL3 versus TBRG4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
