Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1085P, RNA5SP412, and MAGEA9. Each is linked with PPIL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL3-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1085P grouped by PPIL3-low versus PPIL3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
