Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,807 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Nucleotide-excision repair, and Regulation of tRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with PPIL3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL3-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by PPIL3-low versus PPIL3-high in PANCREAS.
