Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,790 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, RRM2, and SMC2. Each is linked with PPIL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL1-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIL1 versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
