PPIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 826 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDV3, GTF3AP1, and OR2T33. Each is linked with PPIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL1-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRDV3 grouped by PPIL1-low versus PPIL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
