PPIH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,142 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM7, NASP, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with PPIH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIH-to-partner and partner-to-PPIH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIH versus MCM7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
