PPIG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,492 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ50, USP9YP10, and PES1. Each is linked with PPIG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIG-to-partner and partner-to-PPIG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ50 grouped by PPIG-low versus PPIG-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
