PPIEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4744, MIR7702, and OR7E31P. Each is linked with PPIEL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIEL-to-partner and partner-to-PPIEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4744 grouped by PPIEL-low versus PPIEL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
