PPID

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPID RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,259 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPID-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAT4, DNAH10, and PCDHA3. Each is linked with PPID in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPID-to-partner and partner-to-PPID results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAT4 grouped by PPID-low versus PPID-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPID→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
