Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPID protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,754 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPID-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEIL3, NAA15, and C4orf46. Each is linked with PPID in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPID-to-partner and partner-to-PPID results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPID versus NEIL3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPID→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
