Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPID mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,154 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPID-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5J7P, MIR4516, and SNX18P23. Each is linked with PPID in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPID-to-partner and partner-to-PPID results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5J7P grouped by PPID-low versus PPID-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPID→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPID) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
