PPIAP80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP80-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1264P, RN7SKP12, and RPS29P4. Each is linked with PPIAP80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP80-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1264P grouped by PPIAP80-low versus PPIAP80-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAP80→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAP80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
