PPIAP52

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,479 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYH10, CSRP2, and DBN1. Each is linked with PPIAP52 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP52-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIAP52 versus MYH10 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAP52→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAP52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
