Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP52 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAP52 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PPIAP52 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BRCA show a favorable association.

STAD, KIRC, and ESCA are the cancer types where PPIAP52 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
