Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,055 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDCD11, WDR75, and UTP4. Each is linked with PPIAP47 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP47-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP47 results are reported.
