Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP45 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,067 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP45-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 production, Negative regulation of response to biotic stimulus, and Viral genome replication. Each is linked with PPIAP45 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP45-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP45 results are reported.
