Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP26 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAP26 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PPIAP26 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and DLBC show a favorable association.
STAD, KICH, and SKCM are the cancer types where PPIAP26 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
