PPIAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,257 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKM, CRNKL1, and ABHD12. Each is linked with PPIAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
