Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAP2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PPIAP2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, CESC, and BRCA are the cancer types where PPIAP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
