Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,159 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, CENP-A containing chromatin assembly, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with PPIAP13 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP13-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP13 results are reported.
