PPIAL4H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAL4H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,598 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAL4H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKCB, RASAL3, and RASAL3_S831. Each is linked with PPIAL4H in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4H-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4H versus PRKCB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAL4H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAL4H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
